General conditions

These general conditions apply to all treatments and services of The Nathalie Boutique, located at Keizersgracht 421, Amsterdam.

Appointments & Reservations

Appointments can be made online via our booking calendar, by telephone or via WhatsApp. Make sure you are present at least 10 minutes before your appointment, so that there is enough time for a short intake.

Cancel & no show policy

• Appointments can be cancelled or withdrawn free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
• If cancelled within 48 hours 50% of the treatment price can be charged.
• If not appearing without notice ("no-show") the full treatment price can be charged.

Prices & payment

All prices listed are subject to typos and may change in the meantime. Payment takes place immediately after treatment, via pin or cash.

Health & intake

For permanent makeup and wax treatments, a fair intake is essential. Always report pregnancy, skin conditions, allergies, blood thinners or previous pigmentation, so we can assess whether a treatment is justified.

Result & aftercare

Permanent make-up is a semi-permanent technique whose end result depends on skin type, lifestyle and follow-up aftercare advice. We cannot therefore guarantee an exact ex ante result, but always strive for the best possible natural effect.

Liability

The Nathalie Boutique works with professional, highly qualified techniques and materials. We are not liable for any damage caused by the customer providing incorrect or incomplete information during the intake, or failing to follow the aftercare advice.

Complaints

Do you have a complaint about treatment? Please contact us within 14 days at info@thenathalieboutique.nl, so that we can find a suitable solution together.

Amendments

We can adapt these terms from time to time. The latest version can always be found on this page.
